Our story

I wanted one place that felt clear, honest and hopeful.

When my son Payne was diagnosed with Level 1 autism and ADHD, I entered a world of evaluations, therapies, school meetings, acronyms and advice. Some information was invaluable. Some was overwhelming. Much of it was scattered.

Like so many parents, I became the researcher, advocate, appointment keeper and translator—all while trying to simply be his mom. This guide grew from the notes, questions and resources I collected along the way.
